Empowering Women, Shaping the Future: FIBO’s Women’s Leadership Summit Takes Center Stage

Entschlossen verweigert sich Savage, der Bar einen Namen zu geben. Stattdessen sind drei klassische Design-Symbole das Logo der Trinkstätte in Dalston: ein gelbes Quadrat, ein rotes Viereck, ein blauer Kreis. Am meisten wurmt den sympathischen Franzosen dabei, dass es kein Gelbes-Dreieck-Emoji gibt. Das erschwert auf komische Weise die Kommunikation. Der Instagram Account lautet: a_bar_with_shapes-for_a_name und anderenorts tauchen die Begriffe ‘Savage Bar’ oder eben ‚Bauhaus Bar‘ auf.
Für den BCB bringt Savage nun sein Barkonzept mit und mixt für uns mit Unterstützung von Russian Standard Vodka an der perfekten Bar dazu.
On Friday, 17 April, FIBO will be all about female empowerment. The Women’s Leadership Summit offers an exclusive forum for women who shape and influence the fitness industry. In collaboration with The Collective, FIBO has put together an inspiring programme that empowers women and has a lasting impact on the industry. A programme that is as diverse as the attendees themselves.
"The Women’s Leadership Summit is a milestone in our mission to make women in the fitness and health industry more visible and to give them the appreciation they deserve," explains Silke Frank, Event Director of FIBO. "With formats like the Ladies’ Lunch and the RX Female Awards, we have already provided important momentum. The response was clear: this topic needs more space. The Summit creates a platform that empowers women and leaves a lasting mark on the industry."

A Day Full of Inspiration and Networking
The Women’s Leadership Summit kicks off with a Guided Networking Walk through Cologne. Led by Executive Coach Martina Catherine Buchal, attendees have the opportunity to start the day with inspiring conversations and network effectively even before the trade show begins. This is followed by a Guided Exhibitor Tour through the FIBO exhibition halls. A morning highlight is the workshop by Pinky Ghadiali, Executive Coach and Mediator. Entitled "Imposter to Impact: Mastering Difficult Conversations," she provides valuable tips on how leaders can turn self-doubt into decisive action.
At midday, the popular FIBO Ladies Lunch is on the agenda for all attendees, including the celebratory presentation of the RX Female Award powered by FIBO.
FIBO Ladies Lunch
Alongside exquisite catering, the presentation of the RX Female Awards will be celebrated at the lunch. For the fourth time, outstanding women will be recognised in the "Youngster" and "Role Model" categories. This year’s patron of the award is entrepreneur and investor Judith Williams.
Another highlight of the lunch is the Panel Talk with Judith Williams and Karo Kauer. Together, the two entrepreneurs redefine female leadership and provide pure inspiration.
"With offerings like the Summit and the Ladies Lunch, we show how visions become real success stories," emphasises Lucile Sannino, Senior Event Manager of FIBO and responsible for the Summit. "Our goal is not only to inspire women, but also to provide them with tangible tools and strategies to sustainably strengthen their careers and leadership."

Keynotes that Change Careers
In the afternoon, attendees can expect exciting keynotes from leading figures. Judith Williams, entrepreneur and investor known from 'Die Höhle der Löwen', will give exclusive insights into the world of investments and decision-making at the highest level in her keynote "How to Win Over a Shark."
Karl Foster, Head of AI at Sport Alliance, follows with his keynote "Achieving ROI in AI in the Health & Fitness Industry" and speaks about the opportunities and challenges of Artificial Intelligence in the sector.
Anna Mathur, psychotherapist, author, and podcast host of The Therapy Edit, speaks in "The Case for Slowing Down" about the importance of pace, recovery, and clear boundaries for leaders.
Networking, Celebrating, and Shaping the Future
Every moment of the Women’s Leadership Summit is designed to bring together women who are already leading, shaping, and redefining the future of health, fitness, and wellness.
Besides a designated Speed Networking session, both the Morning Walk and the Wrap-Up Drinks in the afternoon ensure plenty of personal moments. The crowning finale is the FIBO Exhibitor Night, to which Summit attendees are invited as VIP guests to mingle outside the exhibition halls and enjoy the moment.
