When will FIBO 2026 take place?

FIBO 2026 will take place from April 16 to April 19, 2026. Trade visitors can attend on all four days, while private visitors can visit on April 18 and 19, 2026.

What can I expect at FIBO 2026?

Expo:
FIBO 2026 will be held across 15 exhibition halls (Confex Hall, 1, 2.1, 3.2, 4.2, 5.1, 5.2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.1, 10.2, 11.1, and 11.2). Compared to last year, two new halls (11.2 and 5.1) have been added.
We expect 980 exhibitors from over 50 countries and around 155,000 visitors from over 120 countries.

Want to compete as an athlete at FIBO? There will be plenty of opportunities, such as HYROX or Strongman events. For FIBO 2026, we expect around 15,000 athletes and over 700 creators. Trade Visitors:
You can choose between a 1-day ticket or a multi-day pass. Trade visitors are allowed to purchase up to two tickets, but each person must register with an individual email address.

Why do I need to choose a specific day in advance?
As with any large event, FIBO must comply with official regulations to ensure the safety of all participants. To better manage attendance, you need to select a specific day in advance. If you choose Thursday but decide to come on Friday instead, that’s fine. However, entry on Saturday or Sunday cannot be guaranteed if you selected a different day.

Who qualifies as a trade visitor?
Trade visitors are those with a professional interest in FIBO and who work in the health, fitness, or wellness industry. Proof of eligibility is required in our ticket shop and will be verified. RX Deutschland - FIBO . You’ll also find a list of eligible professions here.

I’ve been invited by an exhibitor. What should I do?
Redeem the voucher code in our ticket shop. RX Deutschland - FIBO.
Important: Tickets are only valid after the visitor has completed registration. Unregistered vouchers do not guarantee a ticket or entry. Please redeem your voucher as early as possible. Starting in March, weekend registrations may no longer be guaranteed.

Can FIBO sell out for trade visitors?
We strive to accommodate all trade visitors. However, if you don’t have a valid ticket or haven’t redeemed your voucher in advance, we cannot guarantee entry on the weekend.

How can I get an invitation for a visa?
When you purchase a trade visitor ticket (with proof of eligibility), you’ll have the option to download a FIBO invitation letter in the ticket shop. This can be presented at the relevant embassy for your travel period.

Private Visitors:
Private visitors can attend FIBO on Saturday and Sunday. You can choose between a 1-day pass or a weekend pass. RX Deutschland - FIBO.

What is the Premium Pass for private visitors?
This ticket is for private visitors who want to explore equipment and products in a trade visitor atmosphere, such as for setting up a home gym. The ticket price does not include extras. These tickets are very limited and are valid for Thursday or Friday.

What is the Eat & Seat Ticket?
The Eat & Seat Ticket (RX Deutschland - FIBO) includes lunch, two drinks, and a reserved seat in our Community Area in Hall 5.1. On-site, you’ll receive vouchers and access to the reserved area.

What tickets are available for the FIBO Championships?
For the NPC Qualifier competition on FIBO Friday (amateurs) and the IFBB FIBO Pro Championships on FIBO Saturday, various ticket options are available, from Gold Passes to Amateur Tickets. RX Deutschland - FIBO.

I want to participate as a HYROX athlete.
Please register directly on the HYROX website. Shortly before FIBO, you’ll receive your individual ticket code to access the venue. The Fitness Competition for Every Body | HYROX.

I want to visit HYROX.
Purchase a regular FIBO weekend ticket in our ticket shop. HYROX access is included. For supporting HYROX athletes on Thursday or Friday, please contact HYROX directly.

Can students buy the student ticket?
Yes, this is possible. Please have your student ID ready on-site. Random checks will be conducted.

What are the entry rules for children?
Children are welcome at FIBO. For children up to 14 years old, a liability declaration from their legal guardians is required. Download Liability Declaration Here. Entry is free for children up to 14 years old, and no online ticket is needed.

Will there be a box office?
On trade visitor days (Thursday and Friday), there will be a box office. On the weekend, there likely won’t be a box office, except for potential remaining tickets on Sunday. We’ll inform you in advance.

Are there discounted tickets for people with disabilities?
Accompanying persons have free access to FIBO and can enter without a ticket. Information on accessible visits is available at our info points.

What can I experience at FIBO?

Are there parking options nearby, and how is public transport access?
There are many official parking options around the venue, and the on-site guidance system will direct you to available spaces. You can also use the NUNAV app for early parking guidance.
The Köln-Deutz train station is within walking distance and connects to long-distance and local trains. From there, you can quickly reach the Confex, South, East, and West entrances. The North entrance is also open. Additionally, there’s a tram stop in front of the venue.

Are there food options at the venue?
Yes, there are restaurants and snack points, including healthy options. You’re also allowed to bring your own food and drinks to stick to your dietary plan. With the Eat & Seat Ticket (RX Deutschland - FIBO), you can pre-book lunch, a drink, and a reserved seat in the Community Area in Hall 5.1.

Do I need to register or pre-book a ticket?

Tickets can be pre-booked online through the official FIBO website once ticket shop open. Pre-booking is recommended to secure your entry and avoid long lines at the venue. Also Saturday is normally sold out.

Can I buy tickets on-site?

Thursday and Friday will be a ticket sale on site for trade visitors, to avoid long lines online ticket sale is much easier. Also it can be that there is no sale at the weekend because it can be sold out.

Is a personalized ticket required?

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes, you can change the name on your ticket, but this must be done at least two weeks before the show starts.

Are there discounted tickets for people with disabilities?

No, but a companion can enter for free. Just proceed to the entrance and show your Disability ID. Please go to the special cash desk

How do I get a VISA invitation letter?

Once your purchase is complete, the visa invitation letter will be generated and emailed to the address you provided during registration. Within you ticket confirmation email you will receive a link which guides you to the visa letter

I need to book tickets for multiple people, how can I do this?

Booking multiple tickets and a single ticket follows the same process; the only difference is that for multiple tickets, you need to use a unique email address for each person.

Is there accesible parking at ?

Disabled parking spaces at Koelnmesse are usually located near the East Entrance, in parking areas P10 and P11, as these are directly adjacent to Halls 10 and 11. Please note that a valid blue EU parking permit for disabled persons is required to use these spaces.
