Terms and Conditions: FIBO Advent Calendar 2025
1. General
The organizer of the competition is RX Deutschland GmbH, Johannstraße 1, 40476 Düsseldorf. The competition is not affiliated with or sponsored, supported, or organized in any way by Facebook or Instagram. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Promotion Period
Participation in the competition is only possible online during the promotional period from December 1, 2025, to December 24, 2025. The competition starts on December 1, 2025, and ends on December 24, 2025. The deadline for participation is December 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CET). Participants who comment on the RX Deutschland GmbH post after 11:59 PM (CET) on December 24, 2025, will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Participation is free of charge, excluding any internet connection costs, and independent of purchasing goods or using a service. Eligible participants must be 18 years or older, reside in Europe, and have their own Facebook and/or Instagram profile. Employees and relatives of RX Deutschland GmbH are not allowed to participate and will be excluded. Participation by competition agencies and other automatically generated mass entries is expressly excluded and will not be considered when determining the winners.
4. Usage Terms
Participation in the competition involves liking and commenting under the respective post on the RX Deutschland GmbH call for the FIBO competition on the Facebook and/or Instagram fan page. Additionally, the participant must be a follower of the FIBO fan page and that of the participating partner (if applicable). The winner will be drawn from the posted comments that meet the additional requirements. Only those who directly follow the call will be entered into the draw. Standard postings on the Facebook and/or Instagram fan page are not considered. Multiple entries with different or multiple address data and/or accounts, as well as other manipulative measures, will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant. The winner will be announced the following day under the post of the competition call, informed, and contacted via direct message. The winner must contact FIBO via private message on the Facebook and/or Instagram fan page with their address details within three days. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data transmitted to
FIBO. If the winner does not contact FIBO via Facebook and/or Instagram message within three days, another participant will be drawn. The prize will be delivered by mail. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash and are not transferable. Participation in this competition does not obligate purchases from RX Deutschland GmbH. Purchases from RX Deutschland GmbH have no influence on the chance of winning. Legal recourse is excluded.
5. Early Termination of the Competition
RX Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to end the competition at any time without prior notice. RX Deutschland GmbH may exercise this right, especially when a proper execution of the competition cannot be ensured due to technical reasons (e.g., viruses in computer systems, manipulation, or errors in hardware/software) or legal reasons.
6. Liability
RX Deutschland GmbH is not liable, especially for damages caused by shipping, errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, technical system disruptions and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way during participation in competitions, unless such damages are intentionally or grossly negligently caused by RX Deutschland GmbH (its organs, employees, or vicarious agents).
7. Granting of Rights
The participant agrees that RX Deutschland GmbH may post their name and associated profile picture on the Facebook and/or Instagram fan page of FIBO for the publication of the competition winner and forward it to the respective sponsor of the prizes.
8. Participant's Assurance
The participant assures that they own all rights (especially copyright and personality rights) to their profile photo for publication on Facebook and Instagram (and thus worldwide on the internet) and that they do not use a third party's name as their Facebook username. The participant indemnifies RX Deutschland GmbH against such claims by third parties.
9. Miscellaneous
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions remains unaffected. RX Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to adapt the content and information on this fan page as well as these terms and conditions to changed legal conditions.
Privacy Policy
The information provided by you, including name, first name, address, telephone number, and email address, will be collected and stored in the database of RX Deutschland GmbH. RX Deutschland GmbH uses the data to conduct the competition. For the purpose of conducting the competition, RX Deutschland GmbH will share the data with participating exhibitors of FIBO who provide the prizes for the competition and send them directly to the winner. The address and email address will be used to inform participants about upcoming events of RX Deutschland GmbH by mail or email. The participant is entitled to object to the promotional use of the data at any time. To do so, the participant can contact [email protected]. There are no additional costs except those for transmission according to basic rates. We would like to point out in advance that the exhibitors to whom data is transmitted must be named, including a valid address, and may need to be supplemented if necessary. Additionally, we want to emphasize that the provision in Section 7 of the terms and conditions is not effective. For such an intervention in the personal rights of the individuals concerned, an individual legal regulation, especially a declaration of consent from the individual concerned, is required. If necessary, this arrangement should also be submitted to the data protection officer of RX Deutschland GmbH for review.
