Due to COVID-19, the older generation has developed increased health awareness and readiness to go the extra mile for their mental and physical fitness. A recent study of over 1000 UK residents has found out that 89% of 55+ are motivated to exercise to improve their mental health. "This is a 40% increase in motivation to pre-COVID", says Cormac Ó Conaire, Creative Director at Design Partners that conducted the study in conjunction with The Shopper Agency.
