The human factor

As an independent body it both records and defines job profiles and lays down educational standards. At the EHFF in Cologne he will present an overview of the European PT landscape based on a study conducted in 2017.
“The societal relevance of fitness” is the title of the keynote by Rainer Schaller. Schaller is the founder and CEO of McFIT Global Group, one of the biggest club operators in Europe employing some 3,500 staff.
“What do employees value?” asks Camiel Selker in his talk. With his consulting company he questions the traditional way companies use their human resources.
