Nowadays, more and more people are lacking energy, tired and weak. And this despite the fact that there are increasingly sophisticated sports and nutrition programs that supposedly make us fit and lively. Most techniques, however, only aim at one area and leave the other aspects of life out. Yoga on the other hand offers more than just physical exercises. Yoga addresses the body, the mind and the soul and thus offers a holistic path to more health, joy of life and energy. Often - when one feels tired - one thinks that the body needs more rest and protection. However, often exactly the opposite is the case: In a constantly recurring everyday life with a lot of sitting at the PC, the body simply needs variety, action and the feeling of really being alive in order to get going again. In "Out of your comfort-zone" we practice powerful yoga postures and breathing techniques that stimulate the entire system and bring you out of inertia and back into vitality.
