How you should design your diet to be in top shape even at the age of 80
The question about a health-conscious nutrition arises again and again in life and also at any age. Nutrition ensures and influences our health and well-being from childhood development to old age!
Natural changes, which accompany the aging process, are influenced by the individual
genetics, but also influenced by personal lifestyle.
Many diseases are also caused by nutrition, which could be avoided as a precaution! Almost seasonally changing nutritional trends are propagated with a multitude of advantages for a healthy diet. In addition, habits and food preferences in particular, as well as socio-cultural factors, influence individual nutritional behavior throughout life. Individual nutritional behavior thus represents an additional challenge for each individual throughout life.
How can a needs-based diet look like in the different phases of life in order to stay fit and resilient for as long as possible? What should one orientate one's nutritional behavior - also with regard to the aging process?
These and other questions will be discussed in more detail in this lecture.
