The energetic cardio-workout is based on various martial arts disciplines such as karate, kickboxing, taekwondo and muay thai. Combined into a demanding sequence of punches, kicks and katas, BODYCOMBAT improves coordination, strengthens the trunk muscles and increases the general fitness level. Without physical contact, participants can burn up to 740 calories and define their legs and arms, strengthen their back, shoulders and torso, while an experienced LES MILLS instructor sets the right intensity and always motivates to get the best out of each round of fighting.
This is the FIBO Late Night Session: Enjoy unique workouts (incl. training points) with international presenters, live music and snacks & drinks in a rousing party atmosphere for 4 hours on the FIBO Saturday after the end of the show.
