Julia Krampitz holds a diploma in fitness economics as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in nutritional counseling and a Master of Arts degree in prevention and health management. During her master studies she started her professional career as a freelance lecturer for the German University for Prevention and Health Management (DHfPG) and the BSA Academy in the fields of psychology and pedagogy, corporate health management and nutrition.
In 2016 she completed her doctoral studies in Public Health at the University of Bielefeld under Prof. Bernhard Badura. Since 2016 Julia Krampitz is professor at the DHfPG. Her work focuses on the integration of health-conscious behavior in management and work, psychosocial health in the workplace, and the evaluation and sustainability of coaching interventions.
She is currently enrolled at the University of Innsbruck for her second PhD in the field of psychology to investigate the relevance of self-leadership and job crafting in organizations.
