Importance of regeneration in sports and fitness: performance development and reduction of the risk of injury (in German)
How well and how quickly one can recover after peak physical performance is of central importance for performance development, as is the degree of risk of injury. This applies to the professional athlete as well as to the fitness enthusiast. It has always been known that the body demands a corresponding recovery time after high performance. But it was only a few years ago that the term individual regeneration management was coined.
The three speakers are all experts in this field and deal with regeneration from different perspectives. Among other things, the new pain & regeneration agent CBD (cannabidiol), the continuous body analysis, the individual eating habits, the sleep rhythm and autogenic training as well as the importance of fascia therapy will be considered and discussed.
