„Use it – or loose it“: How customers overcome their inner obstacles

Reducing suffering, avoiding suffering or working on one's appearance – there are many reasons to start exercising again after a long break from sport. Especially with increasing age, it becomes more and more difficult to motivate oneself. We talked to Markus Klingenberg, among other things, a specialist in orthopaedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine, about how fitness studios can properly address the target group of 50+ in particular, who finally want to get fit again, and how one can easily conquer one's inner enemy. The role that diagnostics and neuro-centred training can play in this was also the topic of the conversation – including some exercises to do. Take a look.
