Sport is exhausting. Sport hurts a little. Nevertheless, it is always worthwhile and can even help with serious diseases such as those caused by Covid-19. Prof. Dr. med. Dr. h.c. Jürgen Michael Steinacker explains in a video interview how. In the interview, the sports physician and university lecturer emphasises the importance of exercise in connection with diseases such as diabetes or corona, warns against false motivational measures and reveals how much exercise we should incorporate into our daily routine to make ourselves fit against the virus.
