Piloxing Academy: Hall 5.2 / D53
Sweat-inducing interval training aimed at burning fat, building muscle, and shaping and toning the body: Piloxing is an all-round workout that simultaneously strengthens the cardiovascular system. The workout uses elements from fitness boxing to enhance flexibility, mobility and endurance. Also in Hall 5.2, visitors will have an opportunity to try out this arduous workout.
BLACKROLL® is a young, innovative company that collaborates with athletes, scientists, physicians and therapists to develop health-promoting products anyone can use to increase muscle and fascia elasticity while boosting wellbeing. IFAA, the Academy for Fitness, Wellness and Health, offers more than 100 different training and continuing education options for industry newcomers and professionals in areas like group fitness, dance, workout, Pilates, yoga, fitness training, personal training, functional and athletic training, medical fitness, and many more. With IFAA Prime, it additionally hosts an online portal for trainers with regular support in the form of videos for class settings and small-group concepts for workout areas, plus vocational training, events and selected fitness equipment.
Overview of FIBO 2020:
Important trade-visitor destinations at FIBO 2020 include the exhibition areas “Cardio & Strength” in Halls 6, 7 and 9; “Health Training Equipment” in Halls 7 and 8; and “EMS & Vibration” in Halls 6, 7 and 9. Completely revamped, Halls 8, 9 and 5.2 should also be on everyone’s agenda. Hall 8 will be the home of everything revolving around the booming topic of “Health” and what’s called in Germany the “second” healthcare market; for orientation, turn to the new Meeting Point Health, the Health Forum, the Wellness Competence Center and the Body & Mind Area. Hall 9 will now be the new business hall, featuring training equipment and consulting in a quiet atmosphere. Functional training and group fitness products and workouts will be shown in Hall 5.2. Covering emerging themes from tech, digitalisation, start-ups and other trends, Hall 5.1 will become the “Future Hall”. Global fitness in the truest sense of the word will be on display in the “Global Trading & Sourcing Hall”, Hall 4.1. This is where global companies will present their training equipment and small devices. As in years past, fashion, beauty and healthy sports nutrition will be seen in Hall 4.1. As is tradition, FIBO POWER owns Halls 10.1 and 10.2 with all things bodybuilding, weight training and nutritional supplements.
