Yes, the ticket remains valid. However, you have to re-register in our ticket store to accept the current terms and conditions. All ticket holders of FIBO 2020 have received a registration link from us via email. Ticket holders of FIBO 2021 do not have to register again and show their ticket at the entrance. As we are bound to a limited number of visitors per day, we kindly ask you to re-register until March 20, 2022. After FIBO 2022 tickets of FIBO 2020 and 2021 will lose their validity.

If you have already purchased a ticket for FIBO 2020 or FIBO 2021, you can use it to visit FIBO from 7-10 April 2022 in Cologne or have the full purchase price refunded. Please use the refund form for this purpose. The cancellation deadline is March 20, 2022.

In order to ensure traceability in accordance with the currently valid Corona Protection Ordinance of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, one ticket may be purchased per registration. In the case of trade visitor tickets, we as the organiser are also required to request the private contact details, which will be deleted from our systems after four weeks. When purchasing tickets, you must decide in advance on a visit day(s) so that the permissible visitor limit per day can be adhered to and our planning can be adjusted accordingly.

Please contact the respective tour operator and hotel directly.
