The fitness industry is all about innovation. Whether CBD mouth sprays, BCAA water ice or an all-encompassing fitness device, exciting new products were presented at FIBO 22, that will keep the market busy in the coming months.

BCAA Water Ice - WAM Move

On hot summer days, especially after an exhausting workout, going without ice cream because of the calories was no longer an option for the founders of WAM, which is why they developed an alternative. The father-son duo, Albert and Marco Wionzek, from whose initials the name WAM is derived, decided on a vegan, sugar-, lactose- and gluten-free ice cream alternative. The BCAA water ice consists of the amino acids L-valine, L-leucine and L-isoleucine in a ratio of 2:1:1. Since amino acids are involved in muscle growth and the body cannot produce amino acids itself, they must be ingested through food. The water ice is therefore perfect for this. The great advantage of the three amino acids, L-valine, L-leucine and L-isoleucine is their direct availability in muscle tissue, since they are not processed in advance in the liver and can therefore serve immediately as a source of energy. For this reason, the water ice helps to build as well as maintain muscle tissue. The available flavors are cherry, raspberry, peach, lime and cola. Here comes the summer!

Bud Power

To be as strong as Bud Spencer: That's what many want to achieve. The grandson of Bud Spencer, or Carlo Pedersoli in real life, wants to make that possible for athletes without them having to give up delicious desserts. That's why he founded Bud Power. Besides merchandise the company sells, mainly protein creams and protein bars. The protein creams are not only gluten and palm oil free, but also barely contain sugar. They come in chocolate, hazelnut and pistachio flavors. They are suitable for breakfast bowls and to make desserts healthy and tastier. There are also protein bars, which are also rich in protein and fiber, gluten-free and palm oil-free, and made without artificial sweeteners. The bars are available in Pistachio, Coconut Choco, Banana Choco, Peanut and Chocolate flavors as a vegan alternative.

Sparkfield Core

Sparkfield Core aims to use just two square feet of space for a workout instead of an entire gym, making it easy to move workouts from the gym to home. With only one device it is possible to perform more than 30 exercises of the most modern training methods in sitting and standing. The device adapts to the anatomy and goals of the user. To properly address each individual, the training machine learns the user's biomechanics, continuously monitors force capacity and detects execution errors, which are then reported. This data is stored in the cloud. To train with the Sparkfield Core, it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a professional, because weights up to 130 kilograms can be used. By means of live instructions for exercise execution, playful elements, progress indicators and networked functions, sustainable motivation and enthusiasm are ensured. Every person, regardless of age, gender or previous experience, should be able to efficiently achieve their physical goals. Especially for people who find it difficult to integrate a visit to the gym into their daily routine, this innovation should offer a solution.

Feels.like

While CBD received little to no acclaim in the fitness industry a few years ago, it is now known to help with muscle recovery. That's why Simon Zweigler has spent a long time studying the benefits of CBD, especially for athletes. Today, at feels.like, he offers different products from a mouth spray to an acute balm to a sports gel a feel-good range. Each product has a different goal: The mouth spray with natural ingredients such as lavender, chamomile and licorice root is intended to reduce anxiety as well as stress. In addition, the active ingredients are said to facilitate falling asleep and can act against mental restlessness. The balm consisting of johannis herbs, cactus, and mango butter, which unfold their effect through CBD, is said to acutely advance wound healing and soothe the skin. Especially for reddened or itchy skin, the contained hemp oil can help to soothe skin irritations and improve the complexion. The sports gel is suitable for use after training, as it works against tension and supports the regeneration of muscles. In addition, the effect of turmeric, arnica, ginger and eucalyptus contributes to a faster healing process of sports injuries and the relief of pain.

Beyond Resilience

Balls, bars, crackers, potato chips, nuts are just a few products offered by Beyond Resilience. In addition to sports nutrition and wellness products, the brand also carries cosmetics, such as performance sprays in the scents of cedarwood and tangerine, lemongrass or rose. The sprays are intended to create a calming atmosphere through their scent, care for the skin and have a disinfecting effect. Founder Angela Pernsteiner wanted to combine care, aromatherapy, and disinfection in one product. The underlying mission is to support personal growth holistically to strengthen mental and physical performance. This is also reflected in the name, Beyond Reslience literally means "indestructible" or "resist". The names of the individual products go in a similar direction: the chips are called "Don't crack under pressure" and the protein bars "Raise the bar". With her products, Angela Pernsteiner has set the bar in the field of cosmetics and sports nutrition, and it remains to be seen with which products it will continue in the future.
